History Hotel - Valderice

We loved the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the balcony with a fantastic view. The hotel provided great value for money, even though it was a bit far from the city center. Transportation to Trapani center was just a few minutes away.

The staff was very helpful and went out of there way to assist me in leaving at 4:00 am to get to a very early morning flight. Outstanding value for travelers.

It's location. From the advertisement on Booked.net I believed it to be much closer to the ocean than it was....you can't even see it from there unless you are on the roof. Definately not the place to stay if you don't have your own vehicle.

We loved the historical vibe of this place! It's right near Molino Excelsior, so you can easily visit there. It takes about 25 minutes by car to get to the airport ✈️.

The hotel is located just a few minutes away from Trapani, making it convenient for exploring the city. the room is impeccably clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. the balcony offers a great view, perfect for enjoying a meal. the breakfast provided is satisfactory and the room is well-maintained throughout the day.

Limited parking access for cars.

The hotel rooms were of reasonable size & were cleaned daily along with fresh towels. It was a little hard to find as most of the roads aren't that clearly marked, but the food in the restaurant I'm told was excellent, by a couple of people who had been caught in the volcanic ash problems, there wasn't a menu as such it was just what the chef had bought from the market that day & made into ' wonderful dishes mainly of fish' although I didn't try it for myself, as we only used the hotel as a place to sleep.

The only downside I found was the breakfast. Whilst the owners wife (I think was the chef) made the most delicious cakes for breakfast, as an English person I do like to have toast or cereal for breakfast & these were not options available. However saying that, I managed quite well on the croissants, fruit, yoghurt and cake, I didn't leave there hungry.

Nothing, all excellent.

Rooms are comfortable and very clean, we received fresh towels daily. The staff/owners of the hotel are customer minded. The hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Enrice and Tranpani (airport) is close as well, but do hire a car when you visit this hotel.

The town (Valderice) where the hotel is located is very small with not much to offer.

Staff not very enthusiastic. Wifi did not work.

The owner was very nice and the hotel was super clean. The hotel is a few minutes away from the center, which was convenient for us. We also enjoyed the big balcony where we could have our meals and the lovely view from there.

The parking spaces were limited and the access to the hotel by car was a bit difficult. However, the people working there were always willing to help, so we managed to find parking spaces and maneuver our car without much trouble.

Friendly staff, clean, calm, perfect dinner - cook Anna is really excelent. Good location for organizing trips around (if you have a car).

The ease of the bus into trapani,a feeling of welcome,and of course the fab dinners..really good value thanx

The owner was really nice and friendly, always willing to help. the hotel was spotlessly clean, which was a major plus. the hotel was located just a few minutes away from the center of Trapani, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The parking situation was quite limited and getting in and out of the parking space was a bit challenging. Although we always managed to find a spot, the access to the hotel by car was restricted.
